Description: | | bathing Resort.
The Queen of the Adriatic stands at the point where Romagna gives way to the Marche hills. The town has been known since the eighteenth century, when the first beach enthusiasts arrived, but following implementation of many town-planning measures, it now looks quite different. The town's beaches, pedestrian precincts, theatre, open-air arena, music shows, and water and light displays will not fail to liven up your holiday. Traces of the ancient seafaring tradition and the town's origins are preserved in the Museo della Regina (Town Museum). Patron: Saint Pius (30th april).
